General & Functional Requirements

- The ideal candidate should have worked as program manager for 2-3 years handling multiple program/s

- He / She should have engaged in managing Web and Mobile app program/projects

- The candidate should be good at handling and managing multiple program stake holders and should possess excellent communication skills.

- The candidate should have the ability to prioritize different requests from multiple teams and should be good at Identifying Dependencies, Risks, Mitigation Plan, Maintain a list of Issues and track them to closure.

- The candidate should also possess excellent coordination skills and have the ability to get commitment from other Program Managers, Engineering Managers, Product Manages and Teams for a Program Plan and Delivery

- The candidate should also have experience in establishing and driving E2E Release Plans for Medium / Large programs.

- The candidate should also have sound experience in Resource Planning and Resource Allocation

Technical Requirements

- The ideal candidate should be well versed in Agile, Scrum and Kanban. They should have hands on experience in managing an Agile team.

- The tools they need to be well versed in are Jira, Clarizen (good to have)
