Process : ISP telecom ( Domestic Process)

Candidate Must be at a AVP/AGM/GM/Sr. Manager designation from BPO background only

Providing strategic and tactical leadership to the business vertical.

Designing, implementing and leading an Operations Strategy aimed at delivering Organizations Objectives specifically, delivering best in class service experience and managing operations efficiencies.

Ensuring a smooth execution through effective communication, implementation, role clarity, performance management, culture building and celebration of success.

Maintaining a strong focus in delivering on the Profitable Business and the Best Network objectives, while driving improvements in commercial targets, call resolution & overall customer satisfaction scores for customers.

Participate and lead cross functional projects aimed at sharing best practices and enhancing the Contact Centre deliverables.
