Tech Mahindra is hiring immediate joiners for Resource Management -Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Warangal.

Job Description :

- Demand validation and Fulfilment

- Resource Management & bench engagement

- Workforce Planning based on business forecasts including pipeline building, reskilling plans etc.

- Resource Utilization, Unbilled pool management

- Coordination with all stakeholders including delivery leads for fulfilment

- Owning fulfilment life cycle and tracking progress

- Working with practice team for up-skilling of pool resources

Job Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Warangal.

Experience : 4 - 8 Years
