Tech Mahindra - Proposal Writer

The proposal writer will be a part of the India based presales organization.

1. Review proposal documents & put together for proposal manager to ensure that the responses adequately and appropriately answer questions asked in RFI/RFP documents

2. Contain up-to-date content, images, figures, and statistics have win themes, differentiators, and value propositions properly incorporated throughout them. Accurate in terms of grammar, punctuation, language, usage, and style

3. Liaise and coordinate efficiently with global team members - proposal managers, bid managers, other proposal writers, and creative design services team to ensure that reviews are submitted in a timely manner

4. Be one of the custodians of the proposal quality tool used by the team

5. Be the go-to person to put together answers to questions that have not been previously encountered by referring to several content sources and repositories

6. Edit and update pre-existing - standard- content

Job requirements

1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including editing, proofreading, and interviewing

2. Ability to write concise and comprehensible content from existing collaterals & inputs from various stakeholders

3. Good research skills and ability to assimilate information from various sources

4. Ability to provide constructive feedback to proposal managers and guide them to improve their writing skills

5. Good knowledge of business, commercial and legal terminologies and appropriateness of use

6. Ability to pay close attention to detail and quality
