Presales-Analytics & Big Data

We are focusing on augmenting our capabilities in Presales for Business Intelligence, Advance Analytics & Big Data to strengthen our pipeline. We are seeking individuals who are smart, have passion to learn and are hungry to make a difference with excellent verbal & written communication along with good understanding of big data, A.I., machine learning, advance analytics, reporting/dash boarding. The individual will be the key member of presales team for writing winning proposal, presentations & demos to clients/sales team. Looking for game changers who can influence the CFOs level audience with their subject understanding & business insights & presentation skills. To qualify, the candidate must have solid experience in RFPs/RFIs and analytics solution designing & strategy

Job Requirement :

The person will be required to:

- Work on the proposals for analytics & big data management including reporting/dash boarding

- Good understanding of Block Chain, IOT, machine learning concepts

- Excellent power point, word & verbal presentation skills

- Should have exp. on proposal authoring/writing for big success wins

- Extremely quick & thorough in responding to RFPs/RFIs

- Good exp. on solutions architecting & designing

- Should have exposure to at least two of following domains- Retail, BFSI, Mfg.,E-Commerce, HLS, CPG etc

- Traveling with in and outside of India on short term

Required Skills and Experience :

- Experience with some of these methods: Regression, Decision Trees, CART, Random Forest, Boosting, Evolutionary Programming, Neural Networks, Fuzzy Systems, Bayesian Belief Networks, Support Vector Machines, Ensemble Methods, Association Rules, Singular Value Decomposition, Principal Component Analysis, Cluster Analysis

- Experience in some of these applications: Consumer Segmentation, NLP, Text Analytics, Decision Trees, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Fraud & Risk Modeling

- Familiarity with time-series analysis and implications on how to model and test

- Should have good hands on exp. on either one of the statistical tools - R/Python/SAS

- Hands on Exp. required in statistical modeling & dash boarding

- Strong problem solving and conceptual thinking abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.

- Good CFO level stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work as a domain cum sales consultant

Qualifications:

- Graduation from Tier 1 college in any stream

- MBA/Masters from top notch institute

- The person should have atleast 4-9 years of Presales exp. in analytics/B.I. with overall exp. of minimum 6-7 years (Max. exp. 11-12 years) with services company
