Role Eligibility Details:

BFSI - Private Sector

- We need people with experience in selling to private sector accounts - ICICI, HDFC, AXIS, Kotak etc.

- Experience of 7-15 yrs.

- Well versed with India (West) market well.

Profile expectations:

- BFSI background - worked in an IT company serving clients in Public & Private Banking, financial services and Insurance accounts (basically understand BFSI domain and solutions)

- Accounts & Relationships Management (Both Hunting & Farming experience) - Ideally, handled AXIS, ICICI, HDFC, UBI, BoB, Boi and other Private Accounts

- Work experience - 7+ to 15 yrs. worked in "Services company or large OEM's" to understand the complexity of selling services to enterprise customers. Also good in managing internal stakeholders like presales, solutions, legal and finance teams. (This is needed to manage internal Matrix organization aspects and handle solution complexity)
