Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis @ Tech Mahindra Business Services
Job function:
1. Preparing of Management reports & monthly final accounts
2. Working independently with Business units in India & Outside India for TMBS & Tech M assignments
3. Independently preparing annual budgets
4. Monthly Rolling and Quarterly Forecasts
5. Preparing of key business indicators
6. Revenue & capital commitment
7. Reconciliation of financial & management accounts
8. Preparation of "what if analysis"
9. Evaluation of performance of business units in terms of financial parameters
10. Interaction with business heads & customers
11. Pricing for new assignments and co-ordination for bid proposals
12. Run the Profitability Improvement Initiatives independently
13. Carry out special cost analysis
- Capital expenditure control process
- Interaction with business heads & commercial staff
Reporting to: General Manager
Qualification: Chartered Accountant; very good communication skills; Expert in MS excel & power point
Exp.: Min 6-7 years; preferably from a service industry
Requirement:
- The incumbent has to be hardworking, dedicated, initiative, & willing to take charge of activities.
- Should be organized.
- Should be good in documentation & audit trails.
- Team management skills
- Willing to take additional responsibilities
- He needs to be a go getter, should be able to confidently represent the function in business meetings and in discussion with Business heads
