Tech Mahindra - Laboratory Execution System Service Delivery Manager (10-15 yrs)
Seeking LES Service Delivery Manager with 10+ years of experience for a large QC Paperless program
- This program is for one of the world's global research-based pharmaceutical and healthcare companies
- World class team is involved in this program to achieve high value
- Well structure working process is in place
- The latest LabWare LIMS modules are used as part of the Solution
- Training related to data configuration specifics and Method execution module shall be imparted as part of the project
Summary of the key responsibilities, Skills:
- Will be the key point of contact between the Customer and LES Data Configuration team
- Techno functional knowledge on Method Execution module in LW LIMS with ELN
- Coordinate with teams (Business/ IT/ leadership teams) as per project needs and eliminate any roadblocks
- Drive Project status meetings and effectively manage the project risks
- Highly productive and able to manage time and prioritize tasks to meet timelines
Technical Skills:
- Mandatory: LabWare LIMS v 7, LabWare ELN, French & English Speaking
- Desirable: Driving project schedules, Quality
Good to have:
- Experience in LIMS/LES Implementation
- LW LIMS, ELN certification
- Knowledge on Lab Processes, QC Test Methods
Soft Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Good in documentation
- Customer facing skills, keep up the team cohesiveness
