Role Eligibility Details :
- Have consultative selling experience in business transformation solutions for large enterprises in ENTERPRISE industry domain. Captive sales experience (preferable).
- Have existing relationship with Enterprise customers - CEO/CTIO/CDO/Dir/Key Org Personnel.
- Can create and maintain strategic ties with C-level executives of Enterprise Customers.
- Can develop and execute well defined jointly developed account plans aligned with our customer's strategy.
- Establish and implement the sales strategy to support overall sales and profitability goals.
- Identify New leads with the customer's and responsible for deal closure.
- Work closely with the presales, competency, and solutions team to understand and propose various solutions and services to the targeted accounts.
- Proactively try to expand ties with potential clients, work to develop new markets, reaching out to create strategic partnerships with large Enterprise customers in ASEAN / APAC.
- Lead the Marketing Activities including Conference & Events in the region to boost sales opportunities.
- Formulate and execute product & services sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve profit and financial targets in line with company's business strategy.
- Should have worked with the partner ecosystem for driving PFR Business.
- Review, qualify and improve existing partner channels.
- Flexible to work for extended timings as there will be a lot of coordination between Onsite and India teams
Preferred Experience:
- 10+ years of enterprise sales and account management experience in Tier 1 company.
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred with 3+ years of relevant work experience or an equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented
- Previous responsibility for strategic development, sales and account management, revenue targets and quotas are highly desirable.
- Prior experience influencing C-level executive highly desirable.
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations and define a path to resolution.
