Role:

Produce professionally written proposal content that clearly articulates the organizations value proposition.

Experience:

Proven skills in producing and editing proposal content within a complex business environment. The proposal writer will be experienced in leading storyboarding sessions, participating in key review meetings / final document review, content sign off and document production.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead sessions with bid / proposal team members and key stakeholders

- Responding to the RFP/RFI/RFQs

- Coordinating with the Bid and Presales team

- Requirement gathering

- Competitive research and analysis

- Proactively developing a winning proposal

- Assist in developing a proposal structure.

- Content Management

- Identify and re-work existing per-written content

- Deliver completed written proposal responses against agreed RFP deadlines

- End to end proposal development

- Re-write / edit proposal responses from a variety of stakeholders

- Ability to coach sales teams and subject matter experts in writing best practice

- Present all new proposal content to the knowledge base manager for potential re-use

- Strong time management / prioritization skills

- Strong written English language skills

- Excellent attention to detail.
