Job Description

1. Research on relevant and latest tools to automate HR processes and HR Information system upgrades

2. Project Management office for all system and tool upgrades

3. Responsible for the PeopleSoft HCM governance and administration from the HR Perspective which includes

- Plan & Manage the implementation of change & enhancements. To ensure business benefits are realized and that the transition from current state to target state is smooth.

- Follow up with the developers and the users till closure (including UAT)

- Assigning rights to various functions, modules and reports for respective roles in PS HCM

- Administration and management of master tables and their values

- Second line of support to Business HR SPOCs and employees for issues & errors

- Coordinating with the development team for change requests/ data and new developments and following up till closure

- Keeping all stakeholders informed for issues, system availability / downtimes and internal coordination to provide resolution and clarifications

- BCP & Disaster recovery management

4. Work closely with the HR SS team to enhance efficiency and productivity via automation and process improvements on a high frequency

5. Work with BHR teams to understand business impact on processes and systems and organize regular orientation sessions / modules to keep teams abreast of various functionalities and workflows

Desired years of experience

1. 4 - 7 years of experience in HR of which at least 2 - 3 years of experience in managing PeopleSoft HCM or Oracle

2. Sound understanding of HR workflows

3. Team player and good communication skills
