Job Profile :
- Preparation of Monthly Ind AS Financial Statements, Notes to Accounts
- Responsible for Quarterly, Yearly Audits - Statutory & Tax Audit
- Handling of Tax Computation, Litigation, Return filings.
- Responsible for preparing annual budgets
- Monthly rolling and quarterly forecasts
- Preparation of Profitability Improvement Initiatives
- Preparation of Key Business Indicators
- Reconciliation of Financials and Management accounts
- Evaluation of- performance of business units in terms of financial parameters
- Periodic DSO analysis
- Top 20 analysis in detail
- Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss analysis, Ratio analysis
Some essential traits of the candidates
- Good with financial numbers
- Very Good analytical skills
- Should have the ability to confidently represent finance in on calls/meetings and convey his points effectively
- Any expertise in handling forecasting tool like Hyperion/other tools will be added advantage
- Should be a hands-on person, should be able to focus at the micro/macro level
- Should be able to challenge the status quo
