Tech Leadership Role- .Net Software Product Engineering (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role and Requirements :

- BE/ BTech/ MTech/ MCA

- 16+ yrs of experience

- The Company is looking for a Technology leader in Software Product Engineering, with a Technical Experience of 16+ years, and a hands-on experience in Software Product Development and ownership

- The selected candidate will play a critical role in enabling new capabilities of the Company's flagship products and will be a part of the Technical Leadership for the division

- As the Director of Software Engineering for Dot Net based products with deep appreciation for UI based technologies, open source frameworks and micro-services based architecture, your responsibilities include

- Product Design - Builds the right products and services to deliver value to the customer and to meet business objectives. Makes decisions deeply rooted in customer insights (data-driven) and in understanding overall business goals

- Technical Design and Implementation - Develops high-quality code, development and test automation tools, code generators to meet technical requirements, such as scale, global delivery, and implementation across distributed systems, monitoring, serviceability, testability, debugging and maintenance

- Quality Code and Validation - Creates and validates efficient, stable, secure, maintainable, scalable, performant, well-tested, and reusable code that enables customer and business goals for the product or service. Ensures that quality is maintained throughout the entire life of the product or service

- Effective Team - Acts constructively within the team context to increase the efficiency, impact, and morale of the team, as a whole. Works proactively across team, product, service or platform boundaries to share information and technology, and ensure that peer-team goals are aligned. Builds teams if appropriate

- Product and Service Ownership - Consistently and strongly demonstrates a sense of personal accountability for the quality and completeness of the entire product or service, and resulting user experience
