Qualifications:-

- Bachelors / Masters degree or equivalent academic qualification

- Good experience Technology recruiting experience with strong exposure in product development / technology / startup organizations

- Experience in conducting research, mapping target companies, employee branding to engage and attract passive talent

- Possess strong ability to source, pre-screen candidates and manage entire recruiting lifecycle efficiently
