Roles & Responsibilities :

- Work closely with engineering and product managers to own the end-to-end technical implementation of the product and mentor junior engineers.

- The person will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the product by bridging architecture, design, and implementation processes.

- Define the approach/solution for other engineers to work on.

- Write maintainable/scalable/efficient/reusable code.

- Work in a cross-functional team, collaborating with peers during the entire SDLC.

- Follow coding standards, unit-testing, code reviews, etc.

- Follow release cycles and commitment to deadlines.

Success Criterion :

- We are looking for a Technical Lead to work closely with engineering and product managers to own the end-to-end technical implementation of the product and mentor junior engineers.

- This person will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the product by bridging architecture, design, and implementation processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 6-8 years of software engineering experience building robust, scalable, lean systems.

- Technical proficiency in JS/Node.js(Express/NestJS) or Java(Spring, Spring Boot)

- Expertise in Linux/Git

- Experience managing cloud-based deployments using AWS/GCP/Azure/Digital Ocean.

- Understanding of event-driven programming

- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

- Experience building Web, and Android (mobile) applications and systems

- Collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Passion for creating positive social impact

- Previous startup experience

- Excellent communication skills. Should be able to act as a mediator between Product, Business, and Engineering teams.

- Should have the ability to operate in chaotic and ambiguous environments.

- Ability to drive things to completion.

- Should have a result-oriented mindset.
