One of the leading mobile games company headquartered in Mumbai, which is engaged in distribution of mobile games across emerging markets such as India, Middle East, Africa, South East Asia.

Location: Mumbai

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Age criteria: 30 years max

B.Tech from IIT- s/ NIT minimum criteria

Experience in a start up managing a team of 10-15 developers preferred.

Experience in Ad Tech or in developing Solutions for AI / Big Data / Data Visualisation

Role and Responsibilities

- Envision, strategize, plan, execute and manage the gaming technology for the company.

- End-to-end technology management.

- Develop and implement solutions for business requirements.

- Identify suitable partners where required, perform selection process and shortlist

- Manage implementation of the chosen solution with customisation & configuration

- On-going application support and maintenance

- Contribute and implement the strategy and vision as a member of the leadership team

Decision Making Control

- Ability to decide on technology stack, scalability and non-functional requirements for solutions

- Decide technology budgets

- Recruiting decisions for the technology team

Essential Knowledge & Skills

- Hands on strong experience of ad tech, AI enabled platforms for consumer engagement & retention

- Mobile Apps Experience - Native Android as well as Unity

- Strong Project Management Skills

- Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences

Essential Experience

- Around 10 years of experience in technology with a degree in engineering

- Held decision-making and senior roles

- Designed, developed and managed technology solutions

- Deployed and managed hosted solutions and mobile solutions
