Looking for a Tech cofounder, preferably from Insurance industry with hands on experience in building technology platform from scratch. - Should have experience in managing entire Information Technology functions including Business Applications, Enterprise Architecture, vendor management, digital transformation, Application Security and infrastructure department in formulating IT Strategies and operational plans to align with business requirements and help business achieve competitive advantage by leveraging on IT capabilities. - Have a deep understanding of pro &amp; cons (including cost/TCO) of On-premise, hybrid &amp; Cloud solutions - Ability to code apart from strategically and technologically guide the team - Strong hold in frontend and backend development and algorithms - Responsible for digital innovation and transformation in the Insuretech space. - Stronghold AL/ML tech/algorithms - Post the investor funding, Recruit, hire and lead the technology team &amp; related vendors. Founders We are currently two cofounders who are working on this product. I had started working on this business idea almost 18 months ago and the other cofounder joined recently. We both are from business background and complement each other skills and are now looking for a third partner with a tech background. Our Business We have already built the website and the app which includes the use of big data-based analytics for non-insurance pricing, an MVP based on ML in the motor insurance vertical, AI based speech analytics and would soon start approaching investors for fund raising. Post the fund raising, we intend to work on fully hedged crop insurance product as well as products for other insurance verticals. Work Experience: 6-12 years of technology experience, preferably from insurance industry Compensation Generous equity stake on offering ranging from 5-20%, depending upon commitment bringing on the table. We expect to raise the funds in the next few months and then you can expect to get salary almost on par with the other founders in next 6-9 months. Even if you not able to join full time currently, I am fine with part time founder (which would be reflected in equity stake) who can work 15-20 hrs/week and should be able to assist us in fund raising. Only people with Entrepreneurial interest and passion to build something amazing need apply. Please note that I am looking for a partner who is willing to work as passionately as we are working and not an employee who is looking for 9 to 5 job.
