Tech CoFounder - InsurTech/Digital Healthcare Looking for a Tech Cofounder - InsurTech/Digital Healthcare (4-20 yrs) This is a pure equity role in the boot-strapped phase and possible payout can start from 6th months or so. (So Please apply accordingly). A non-aligned and digital healthcare ecosystem for health wellbeing is seeking to onboard a technical cofounder with deep understanding of technology. ( to reinvent the insurance side of healthcare and well being) A lot of groundwork has been done by current founder and advisors/mentors. The startup is in nascent stage &amp; the incoming cofounder can build own team as business grows. This is a very hands-on job. Key lookout aspects: - Looking for a mature &amp; energetic person. - Shall be at a point in life where s/he wants to try out something new &amp; can necessarily invest time into it. - Preferably should have an entrepreneurial experience in a boot strapped and stingy setup. - Must have work experience in tech development in new age startup environment (preferably fintech/insurtech/healthtech etc). - This wont suit people seeking corporate setup, high expense support or with quick windfall expectations. - Given the covid situation, most of the work will be work from home for the first few months.
