Tech Business Leader - EdTech (10-14 yrs)

A diversified multi-billion-dollar Indian conglomerate with a profitable, proven H.Edtech brand is looking for a leader for its high-growth technology education business line. The business currently comprises technology courses ranging from full stack coding to AI, ML and Web3.0 courses catering to both the early career seeker as well as the executive seeking upskilling.

Who we're looking for:

- A Sales & Marketing Leader with experience in B2C technology sales with excellent people management skills; preferably in the education/edtech space

- A dynamic professional with strong track record of effecting exponential business growth

- Strong analytical capability to mine relevant information and lead the business with core insights

- Experience in B2B/B2I Business Development with excellent negotiation skills

- Strategic mindset with an ability to look for new ideas for product development and growth

What We Expect you to do in this Role:

- The position will have a direct responsibility for sales and marketing for the Technology product offerings

- Help build supply side pipeline by leading the Business Development for all Technology products

- Own business metrics including Enrolments, Revenue, Cost Per Lead, Cost of Acquiring a customer

- Work with the tech content and institute relations teams to positively impact strategy, net promoter score, learner satisfaction

Other responsibilities

- Live the core values of the organisation by demonstrating Ownership mind-set, Innovation at work and engaging all stakeholders effectively

- Develop strategies & ensure maximum efficiencies in the utilization of human & financial resources

- Work with the Leadership Team to review operational processes & people issues

Only apply if you:

- Have 10 to 12 years of experience

- Have owned revenue numbers before

- Have a strong experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage relationships

- Are passionate about Edtech

- Are comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and working in a constantly evolving business environment
