Position - Head - University Degree Apprenticeship Programs

Location - Mumbai

Minimum Experience - 15 Years

CTC - About 30 Lakhs PA

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

This is a P&L Head role and hence shall be linked to revenue and profit goals

- Shall be responsible for the growth of the Student Employability business unit of the company

- Sign up new universities for our Degree Apprenticeship and Work Integrated Learning Programs

- Shall be responsible for student enrolment for partner universities for the said programs

- Shall be responsible for working with industry partners to aggregate demand for - jobs/internships/apprenticeships

- Shall be responsible for hiring/enrolling students for the open positions (and finding open positions for the enrolling students)

- Shall require to manage a multi-location team and drive performance

Functional/Technical skills:

P&L Accountability - Experience in leading a business unit as independent P&L

Experience of Hiring at scale - Should have experience in student enrolment/Fresher hiring/Student placement at scale

Fresher Hiring - Should understand the apprenticeship and fresher hiring/placement business

- Should have experience in handling government/semi-government clients

- Experience in dealing with higher educational institutions is preferred

- Exposure to Online Education/Apprenticeship Regulations/Industry etc

Behavioral skills / Communication skills/ negotiation skills :

- Goal Orientation - Aggressive, target oriented sales professional

- Strategic Mindset - Ability to find solutions to adaptive problems

- Team Management - Should have led a multi-locational team

- Excellent communication skills - written and oral (English)

- Should be willing to take up extensive travel if needed
