TeamLease EdTech - Head - Technology

We are seeking a highly-skilled Head of Technology (with a storied history in the technological sector) to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. You should be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and an expert in technological development. You will work directly under the CEO and will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company.

Responsibilities -

- Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.

- Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.

- Making executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements.

- Managing technology budgets and time frames.

- Staying on top of technology trends and developments.

- Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.

- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency

- Build quality assurance and data protection processes

- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture

- Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics

- Use stakeholders feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology

- Communicate technology strategy to CEOs and the Board

- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements

Requirement

- Proven experience as a Technology Head/CTO or similar leadership role.

- About 15 Years of work experience & a minimum of 3-4 yrs of work experience as a VP/Technology head

- Experience in working on an Ed-Tech platforms will be highly desirable

- Should have strong knowledge of Databases like My SQL, SQL server and Caching databases

- Should have strong knowledge ASP.NET, MVC, C#

- Should have strong knowledge of Gitlab, git hub or any other similar code repository

- Should have strong knowledge of Cloud i.e Azure and AWS

- Should have strong knowledge of Application Security, Network and firewall

- Understanding of budgets and business-planning

- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research

- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

- Exceptional team management skills

- Excellent project management skills agile is mandatory
