Head - Industry Connect

We are seeking a Business Leader to lead our Industry Connect initiative. The person will establish partnership with CEOs/CHROs of leading businesses across industries to develop talent supply chain solutions.

Location - Mumbai/Delhi

Requirement :

- 20 years of overall experience in HR and Talent Sales

- Prior experience of handling talent and people supply chain solutions

- Must have experience of managing an independent P&L

- Experience of building and managing a distributed national team will be highly desirable

- Experience of selling bulk talent sourcing solutions would be an advantage

- Understanding of budgets and business-planning

- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

- Excellent project management skills

- Strategic thinking along with Leadership ability

Responsibilities :

- Carry revenue and P&L responsibility

- Establish and drive national teams for corporate partnerships and alliances

- Establish TeamLease EdTech as a credible partner for talent supply

- Leading corporate partnerships for creating placement opportunities for trainees/graduates

- Track, analyse and monitor performance metrics

- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements
