Team Member - SAP ISS ABAP (4-6 yrs)
- Support the Group Leader - ISS in collating overall internal IT requirements and suggest new programming technology techniques initiatives to meet these requirements
- Support the planning and implementation of SAP / new technology projects
- Develop quality code and its associated documentation adhering to requisite standards
- Able to prepare technical specification and SOPs.
- Good understanding of data element and structure.
- Good Understanding of Database and fair understanding of underlying Operating system.
- Provide SAP support including analysis, development, unit testing, tracking and resolution
- Provide high quality features as new enhancements in SAP ABAP to customers
- Resolve customer queries/issues at the support level
- Ensure high quality of corrections via bug fixes
- Improve and optimize support activities and processes continuously
- Identify self-developmental needs and undergo relevant technical and behavioral training
Required Key skills:
- 4 years of prior work experience in SAP ABAP domain
- High proficiency in ABAP programming and database skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle critical customer situations
