Team Member - Product & Regulations - Bank

- Coordinate with IRDAI for half yearly reporting, transfer requests, SP certification process and other related matters. regulatory requirement.

- Ensure timely implementation of regulatory and compliance requirements with regards to the corporate agency licence of the bank.

- Coordinate with Insurers (LI/GI) for ensuring all requirements like Data/ IT support/MIS are in place and retrieved/shared as required from time to time.

- Adherence to KYC, AML practices & Key Control and Risk Standards.

- Monitor SP Certification process and ensure smooth functioning of the same by coordinating with various stakeholders.

- Coordinate and lead all internal and external (Insurers/ IRDAI) audits, inspections etc.
