Roles and Responsibilities :
The position management in administering and managing job roles across the unit.
- Custodian of organization structure (past and current structures) which helps in re-structuring of the organization.
- Shared the responsibility of Hay method of job evaluation
- Continuously review the existing jobs and re-structuring work of positions to maintain efficiency and economy on a current basis.
- Drafting of the Job descriptions for the new roles with the help of various stakeholders
Key Result Areas and Supporting Actions :
Organization development :
- To implement the organization structural changes
- Indulge in thorough discussion about new roles/existing roles with the business
- To understand the need of the roles for the business
Job evaluation :
- To be responsible to evaluate all the roles in the organization in every 2-3 years
- To have a repository of all the past and current org structures
- To have the job descriptions lined with the structure
- To identify the redundant roles and to eliminate/merge them with existing roles (if needed)
- To have a job banding consistency across the organization
Position management :
- To manage the entire position management, as per structure on Poornata (seamex)
- To handle end-to-end implementation of position management
- To make sure the structures reflect correctly on poornata with help of position management
- Responsible for the sanitization of Position management report
