Team Member - Operational Risks - BFS (10-15 yrs)
One of our leading client is hiring for Team Member - Operational Risks for Mumbai Location.
Below is the Job Description :
- Opportunity to understand and review various aspects of risk across the organization for identified themes.
- Support thematic reviews basis directions from various Committees / Businesses / CRO.
- Identify the key areas which need to be reviewed basis ORM tool kits like loss database, RCSA universe, control testing, KRIs, etc.
- Support bank wide projects across multi-functional groups to identify , assess and mitigate risks and enhance controls and processes.
- Follow through with Business for closure of outcome of thematic reviews.
- Prepare risk forum presentations on the subject.
- Management of records for regulatory and internal inspections, BOD
Job Requirements -
- Ability to guide team and work with cross functional teams
- Ability to understand, interpret and manipulate large data sets
- CA or MBA or Experienced Professional with Certification in Operational risk or experience in control functions would be an advantage
- Ability to close reviews within a defined timeline.
Personality Traits :
- Good communication skills oral and written
- Strong Analytical skills. Experience in data analytics will be an advantage
- Independent thinking
- Knowledge of systems/applications used in the Bank will be a distinct advantage
Experience Required - 10-15 Years
Qualification- CA or MBA
Location- Goregaon, Mumbai
CTC Offered - 33-35 LPA
