Team Member - Litigation - Risk Management & Compliance

- The job holder will be responsible for providing support for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations by different departments of the company, assessing the level of compliance, and disseminating new circulations/ regulations issued by regulators.

- Compliance with new regulations.

- Track new circulars, disseminate to relevant stakeholders, conduct meetings for engagement with stakeholders, tracking of timely closure/implementation of requirements of the circulars.

- Data Requirement of Holding and Group Companies.

- Liaise with Holding Companies and Other Group Companies for the exchange of data/information.

- Compliance Certification from all sub-functions on LCMS Portal

- Update the Compliance Checklist of all functions as per new regulations of IRDAI.

- Obtain Certification of compliance with various IRDAI regulations from every function of the Company through the LCMP portal on a Monthly/ Quarterly basis and reporting of non-compliance with Management response thereof to the Board.

- Carry out Dipsticks and Walk Through Audits

- Give an assurance to Management to ensure Compliance

- Manage IRDAI Inspections and Queries

- Provide advisory to businesses on various Compliance related matters

- Draw a Compliance Program and get it implemented.

- Regular - Compliance For Regulatory Returns fillings and Monthly / Quarterly Compliance Checklist.

- Complaince - Group Companies & Vendors - Need based.
