Team Member - CSR Operation - Consulting/Strategy Firm

Job description: CSR involves implementation of projects on-ground. We are setting up a dedicated team that can handle all aspects of on-ground implementation i.e. execution of CSR projects. For each CSR project we will be further sub-contracting the work to other reputed NGOs, and the role will require supervision and obtaining results. The team will be tasked with

- Locating & finalising NGO Partners who can implement projects on our behalf any part of India and areas ranging from road safety to skilling to art conservation to healthcare

- Finalising terms with partners and supervision of actual execution of work as per budget and timelines

- Regular monitoring of project sites to ensure that impact metrics (e.g. survival rate in tree plantation, employment rate in skilling projects, etc) are met

- Facilitation of third part audits

- Handling all aspects of internal processes linked

- CSR Operations Manager will report to National CSR Operations Head who in turn will report to National Horizontal head of CSR business

KRAs/ KPIs:

- 60% on timely and impact bound execution

- 20% on finding partners for IP development

- 20% national CSR horizontal sales target achievement

- Sourcing guidelines:Graduate/ post-graduate, degree from institute with focus on social development (eg IRMA, TISS< XISS) will be a plus

Relevant experience on CSR project Implementation as described above (partner sourcing, execution, impact-driven monitoring) either with NGOs or CSR departments of reputed companies.

Experience across diverse themes is a plus
