Team Member - Corporate Strategy

Position is part of team that leads group-wide corporate development initiatives that involves working with stakeholders on corporate strategy, market assessment, capital allocation & structuring, inorganic opportunities, fund raise, investment analysis, valuation and all statutory matters in line with the long term vision of the organization.

India's largest and most well-diversified media group with market leadership across different formats. Group's digital presence encompasses a portfolio of digital businesses, as well as increased scale of digitization in other non-digital businesses. The position will provide directional inputs for development of strategy, analyse operational, financial performance and develop valuation, assess opportunities and work on strategic initiatives in the digital space.

- Leverage domain knowledge of digital space to landscape digital & tech ecosystem in terms of customer and market trends and emerging opportunities for full portfolio of digital businesses

- On-going analysis of business performance and valuation of businesses benchmarked to market

- Assessment of inorganic opportunities and proposals for capital allocation and structuring

- Work on execution key strategic initiatives with senior leadership teams of different digital businesses.

Experience Required :

- CA/CFA/ISB or MBA Finance from IIMs

- Total 1 to 3 Years

- Consulting in a client facing role (not back-end)
