JD- TM Content and Learning Technology

- Supporting the Lead ; Content and Learning Technology in procurement, implementation and driving adoption of all learning technologies, refreshing relevant content to support the training design for various functional learning initiatives of


- Additionally, responsible for infrastructural and logistical support to the entire Functional Training Team by way of follow-up for Sales Academy, managing attendance, feedback and assessment data, and creating automated dashboards around the same.


- Scheduling meetings with Head-Functional Training and Productivity and Head-HR for the Functional Training Team's consolidated dashboard review, and uploading the same on the ABC LMS, CSOD, in compliance with central guidelines on maintaining up-to-date date data repositories.

Implementation and driving of tech initiatives as well as creation of content in response to training design requirements - Ensure support during TNI process, work closely with all stakeholders and team members to gather requirements :

- Translate business needs into learning needs and learning needs into design needs which will feed as inputs to content creation

- Give feedback and training to the RTMs/NTMs on effective delivery of the content and leveraging of the tech platforms.

- Creating the Content strategy aligned to overarching L&D strategy , Leverage aspects of technology, instructional design and learning theory to construct a content architecture than supports training initiatives by way of impactful collaterals to disseminate and reinforce learning.

- Create alignment with RTMs & NTMs over how training goals can be served through the content architecture

- Creating Learning Collaterals , Use own expertise in instructional design and learning theory to create session content for various interventions and initiatives being driven by the team across units, functions and LOBs

- Create pre- and post-session learning reinforcements that build up to the core training, and highlight key takeaways from it to create a holistic and sustained learning experience

- Managing all learning Technology platforms, driving their adoption, coverage and utility for Business Impact ; Manage, develop and improve the entire learning technology infrastructure to support scaling up of the entire functional L&D team

- Be the central administrator for all technology platforms like Propel, K-Cart, Epiplex and any subsequent launches

- Explore, experiment and adopt new technology with an outside-in perspective to help scale up employee learning and skill development across organization

- Engage with Tech experts internal and external to the ABC, ABG ecosystem to understand and empanel the best fits to serve ABHFL learning needs

- Data, MIS and Logistics support for the Functional Training team


- Centrally coordinate for all data support, MIS, dashboarding, logistics, vendor payments and technology infra for the entire Functional Training team and all their stakeholders
