Team Member - Center of Excellence - Human Resource - FMCG (8-15 yrs)
Currently we are looking to Build up the Center of Excellence (COE) team to be based in Delhi /NCR with the leading FMCG Group.
Someone who is part of Center of Excellence and having expertise in any one of the areas like -
1. Talent Management
Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
Ensure that organization-wide talent management and PM initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.
Develop appropriate marketing strategies, define roles and responsibilities of hiring team, and develop service-level agreements to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle while minimizing cost-per-hire.
2. Organization Development
Implement organizational effectiveness interventions.
Create competency models.
Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.
3. Comp and Benefits
Defining a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package, etc.
With 8 to 12 years of experience from Premier B Schools and preferred industries - FMCG, FMCD, Paints, Auto, Pharma, Tyres and lubricants.
