Team Member - Bond Placement - BFS (4-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Primarily responsible for placement of bonds through building and managing relationship with portfolio of investors
- Managing end to end transaction execution for each selldown
- Support for effective and efficient business operations of bonds desk
- Supporting in planning and execution for Business Development and placement of bonds
Investor Relationship Management:
I. Managing a portfolio of investors for bond selldown
II. Build network with all key stakeholders in client organizations (investors)
III. Focus on acquisition of new clients to add to the portfolio
Market intelligence & feedback:
- Regular interaction with the client to gain insights about market and their activities
- Generate active market intelligence to support team's strategies
- Provide feedback from clients on marketability of a transaction to support initial Go-No Go decision
- Placing bonds with respective clients based on feedback given
- Actively track the investment appetite of clients for suggesting opportunities
- Actively tracking updation in investment guidelines and apprise desk on same
Ensure the following:
- Consistent high quality meetings through planning and preparation required thereof
- Preparation and presentation of - Pitch- to clients/potential clients for Bond selldown
Functional Skills :
- Experience in managing relations with bond investors viz. major banks/mutual funds/retirement funds/ insurance companies
- Good understanding of debt concepts including terms, covenants, structures, documentation, negotiations, market trends,
- Experienced in preparation of detailed Debt Information Memorandums, Reports, presentations and other documents relating to debt and other bond placement engagements
- Understanding of relevant prudential norms governing various investors (Banks, MF- s, FII- s, Insurance & PF- s)
