Team Manager - Recruitment/Staffing - Startup HR Consulting (5-12 yrs)
Inviting applications for a start-up HR Consulting firm with an aim to provide differentiated consulting services covering the following areas-
1). Executive Search Services
2). Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
3). Training and Assessments
3). Staffing Services
Professionals with strong proven experience in leading teams and handling end-to-end responsibilities for the aforesaid mentioned disciplines.
Must have -
a) Strong domain knowledge of at least any two of the above mentioned disciplines.
b) Proficient in corporate client interactions,business development and relationship management.
c).Proven track record of successfully delivering on individual and team targets.
d).Strong team player with demonstrated team handling capabilities.
e).Willing to start from scratch in an unstructured environment and build a successful and highly motivated team.
f).Excellent command over spoken and written English.
