Role:
Profit Center Head for the IT Team - Pan India with complete P&L responsibility reporting to the directors with a reporting team of recruiters / Team Leaders
Key Expectations from this Position:
- Setting up the IT team for Contactx
- Meeting Team targets and maintaining high profitability.
- Motivating, managing, training and retaining team.
- Hiring members for your team as and when required
- Roll out new Client Acquisition strategy for the assigned region IT and develop delivery capability to counter the same.
- Develop new client as and when required
- Develop all marketing collaterals required for the purpose of Positioning Contactx as a leading Recruitment Service Providers.
- Meet various HR Heads and Talent Acquisition Heads convince them of our delivery Capabilities.
- Ensure understanding of the requirements and positions by the delivery team and ensure delivery is done.
- Closing Senior and challenging positions yourself
- Map the Account and ensure that Client-wise and overall revenue Targets are met.
- Keep in regular touch with all the Clients on a regular Basis and help the Consultants to get timely feedback / Closures and ensure that Service Levels are met. Mining of accounts to ensure we are their preferred vendor at all times.
- Develop STRONG Relationship with clients and ensure that assignments are given to Contactx on an Exclusive Basis.
ACTIVITIES

- Manage the SBU Operations as a profit Center.
- Manage Relationships with Key Clients meeting them regularly and maintain a Rapport with them to ensure that we are on their Preferred Vendor List.
- Traveling to meet current clients.
- Place a large emphasis on repeat business and client management.
- Create a Professional Atmosphere breeding Productivity and Team Bonding
- Ensure that Attrition is curtailed to a Minimum.
Tasks :
- Simplify Day - Day Operations by defining Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines.
- Handle Senior Level Assignments individually.
- Track all the Assignment Handled by the Individual Consultants and ensure that 1 out of every three Assignment Handled is Closed by Us.
- Keep in regular touch with all the Clients on a regular Basis and help the Consultants to get timely feedback / Closures and ensure that Service Levels are met.
- Create Effective Metrics for analyzing Performance on a on-going Basis.
- Create a Simple and Robust MIS and Reporting System.
Key Issues:
- Distribution of Requirements based on the Load conditions of the Consultants.
- Before handing over the requirement please ensure proper Understanding of the requirements.
- Look at other Value Added Methods for Sourcing other than Portals.
- Each Consultant should at-least work on 12-15 requirements in a Month.
- Regularly monitor Requirement Utility.
- Get the Consultants to go out of the way to ensure that the Client closes the Position and to satisfy the client.
