Team Manager - Operations - BPO (5-8 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to company and process guidelines within established productivity standards
- Provide supervision and direction to the team and manage their day-to-day activities
- Maintain and ensure adherence to SOP guidelines by team members
- Provide monthly feedback to team members on their performance
- Provider guidance to the team members to effectively complete the assigned task
- Collects, measures, analyzes, evaluates, interprets, and summarizes data
- Generating reports to be used for performance evaluation of the project
- Cascade and train the team on process updates
- Mentor employees by ensuring productivity along with 100% quality
Skills Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in handling team for international process
- Quick learner and ability to lead a team
- Excellent communication & presentation skills Willing to work in fast-growing environment
- Ready to work in Night Shift at Indore Office
- Flexibility with respect to shift timings
- Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
- Graduate/PostGraduate in any discipline
- Passion for learning and creative problem solving
