Team Manager - IT Infrastructure - Financial Services

I am looking for a Team Manager- IT Infrastructure for a leading Organisation into Financial Services.

Location: Gurgaon

Role: to Implement IT strategy and plans (IT infrastructure, applications), structure IT landscape, understand business requirements to propose solutions, drive implementation of solutions (including development and project management) and ensure smooth deployment to meet business requirements in line with business strategy and plans, existing IT architecture and Company's IT guidelines

IT Strategy

- Report IT initiatives to IT Strategy Committee and provide updates and information about IT risks and developments.

- Identify and evaluate opportunities for business-led innovation and development to deliver IT solutions that meet internal and external customer requirements.

- Provide vision, leadership and governance of the IT strategy and architecture thus ensuring alignment with overall business goals of the Company

- Stay informed and updated about the latest technological developments for better and effective governance.

- Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits

- Ensure implementation of IT policy to the operational level involving IT, value delivery, risk management and IT resource management.

- Responsible for formulation, review and monitoring of BCP to ensure continued effectiveness.

- Review BCP results along with the gap analysis.

- Results of comprehensive risk assessment of the IT systems performed on a yearly basis shall be reviewed. Inform the board as well as Information Security auditors about the results of such assessments.

- Responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the organization using an active and practical approach.

- Ensuring that approved technology solution(s)/ initiative(s) are developed and rolled-out in a timely manner to help increase operational efficiency

- Use technological assets to enhance overall IT experience for all employees.

- Develop and maintain overall framework of IT policies, standards, and strategies that will empower business and employees to deliver on their commitments to the strategy and budgets

- Assist in developing IT roadmap (long-term plans) to sustain and support the business, anticipating the future trends

- Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organization to ensure optimal performance

- Set objectives and strategies for the executives and staff of IT department

- Direct and organize IT-related projects

- Work closely with CRO to analyze all risk related aspects for Information Systems

- Define and track the annual IT budget for SF-India including project portfolio budget, IT investments and operational expense IT Infrastructure

- Coordinate with Central Team on defining the IT infrastructure landscape for SF-India. Purchase and implement IT hardware/ infrastructure based on specifications provided by Central Team in order to maintain Group standards. Agile Transformation

- Manage, assist and lead agile transformation roadmap implementation, backlog initiation, and activities for the Market to reach agile Maturity Levels.

- Contribute and collaborate with Company's agile community on local, regional and global level. - Drive best practices in DevOps, Build/Release Management, Test Driven Development, and Test Automation with teams.
