Team Manager - Internal Audit - Retail Banking Vertical - CA - NBFC (8-15 yrs)
We urgently require Team Member - Internal Audit (Retail Banking) for a leading NBFC to be based at their corporate office at Mumbai.
Location: Mumbai
Position/Grade : Team Manager (Retail Business)
CTC : Open to discussion
Experience : 8+ Years post C.A.
CA Mandatory.
Brief about the profile:
- Development of the annual audit plan and supports completion of the plan.
- Leads the preparation of and prepares individual audit plans to ensure that the scope, approach, resourcing and logistics of an audit are appropriately planned.
- Obtains, analyses and syntheses information for identifying weaknesses and reporting on the adequacy of the internal control environment.
- Grades the materiality of audit findings, identifies root causes and assesses the overall control risk and management awareness within the auditee business.
- Identifies business process improvements for segments audited as appropriate.
- Work effectively with multiple stake holders such as business management, wider audit function and control functions including Compliance, Risk Management.
Skills - Managing people, Interaction & presenting to Senior Management and reporting skills (written & verbal).
