- Recruiting, selecting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching and counseling employees
- Contributing operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends
- Developing operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product and equipment utilization
- Working closely with other functions like HR, Finance, IT and Risk
- 5 - 8 years of experience in Insurance operations (Employee Benefits)
- Bachelors Preferred, Post Graduate will be an added advantage
- Analytical ability and decision making skills
- Strong Stakeholder management skills
