Team Manager - IJP/Internal Mobility - Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence - Captive (7-11 yrs)

We are hiring for Internal Mobility/IJP Lead for a leading Captive.

Only Hyderabad Candidates

Job Location- Hyderabad.

This is a Team manager position, part of Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence.

The role holder is responsible for Provide staffing support that is aligned to a specific internal functional client team with a goal of filling open roles with qualified internal talent efficiently while achieving target metrics .

You will own the entire internal staffing process for each requisition including req opening, candidate presentation, interview set up and candidate selection for high-volume, salaried, multi-incumbent roles within a specific area or sector.

The deliverables of this role will be seamless recruitment process for assigned roles within the organization, stakeholder management, interaction with hiring managers and internal applicants, talent acquisition managers or HR Business partners as part of ensuring smooth delivery.

Required to manage operations, people, performance, dashboard reporting, senior management presentations and continuously work towards process improvements and automations.

Skills/Exp required:

- Bachelors Graduate or above in any stream

- 7 to 9 years in an Global Recruitment / TA Operations / RPO / Recruitment Coordination process (non staffing firm), preferable US or International market.

- Min 3 years of operations and people management experience

- Experience in using Kenexa or other ATS systems

- Should have background in a large scale global organization in a shared services organization or BPO or similar

- Have handled captive set-up internal recruitment process for high volumes and across IT and non-IT roles in a large organization

- Strong in team building and team management
