Team Leader - Urban Development/PPP Projects - Government Sector - EPC

- At least 12 years experience in Urban development / PPP projects.

- Must have multi year experience in leading Government Projects as a Team Leader. 

- Should have extensive experience in handling procurement in government sector.

- Will be responsible for project management of multiple projects and would report into the CEO.

- Project execution in line with approved master plan.

- Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members.

- Vendor Management.

- Coordination with all the depts. for smooth and timely completion of project activity.

- Ensure Employees health, security and all the safety measures.
