Job Description:.

- We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader - Tele Sales to lead our Tele Sales and Lead Verification teams in the USA healthcare vertical.

- This role is vital in ensuring high-quality lead generation, sales conversions, and compliance with USA healthcare industry standards.

- The ideal candidate will bring hands-on team leadership experience, deep understanding of USA tele sales practices, and familiarity with the US healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Sales & Communication: Provide hands-on support for second-level call closures and guide team members through complex sales situations.

- Drive the team to achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all client interactions in the CRM system.

- Maintain a high standard of verbal and written communication when engaging with clients.

- Leverage tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and others for effective lead research and targeting.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office Suite.

- Team Management: Lead, coach, and manage the Tele Sales and Lead Verifier teams to ensure high performance.

- Organize regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

- Foster a collaborative, high-energy, and positive work culture.

- Performance Monitoring: Define, track, and monitor KPIs for tele sales conversions and lead verification quality.
