Team Leader - Strategy & Business Development - CEO's Office (6-14 yrs)

Responsible to drive extensive primary and secondary research on industry, regulatory and competition updates and trends (e.g. Fintech). Research on specific competition. Role requires interactions with Business / Function Heads and their reports and teams for:

Industry & Market Analysis :

- Develop deep industry understanding and monitor external market trends to perform ad-hoc deep dives of internal/ external data to identify key focus areas and opportunities

- Track peer results and maintain competition benchmarking from both financial and non-financial metrics (i.e. key product and technology developments) standpoint

Planning & Reviews :

- Analyse and report outcomes from Business review discussions (Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual) and key interventions required for each LoB

- Provide inputs in long range strategic planning (3-5 year outlook) and annual P&B exercise

- Developing effective templates for input collections

- Prepare collaterals for investor engagement (quarterly results and research analyst interactions)

- Build business cases partnering with finance and write business narratives for senior audiences (e.g. press releases, FAQs, partnership reviews etc.)

Special Projects :

- Own select strategic projects (early-stage concept, out of plan opportunities etc.) and draw cross-functional support through the lifecycle of the project from ideation, opportunity scoping to launch

- LOB-wise loans cross-sell MIS, and central loans cross-sell program (across LOB Product, Policy, BIU, Marketing/LOB Sales)

- Assessment of inorganic growth opportunities (M&A targets) and perform due-diligence to prepare investment case

AB Group Business :

- Maintain activity tracker and calendarize progress on various tracks

- Cross-functional co-ordination to achieve upcoming milestones
