Designation :Team Leader - Sales Order Processing

Location :Hyderabad

No. of positions :05

CTC: 8 lpa

Primary Function:

- Complete End to End Sales Order Processing (COFP)

- Tracking of Customer Orders and preparing daily Dashboard on the same

Brief Job Description:

- Processing Sales Orders in SAP for AP Region (Indent, Local, Transit Re-Sales, High Seas)

- Processing of Credit & Debit Notes

- Tracking of Orders and sending regular updates to Customers and Sales Team

- Handling Letter of Credits (incl verification) and other Bank payments (Local and International)

- Co-ordinating with Customers, Sales Team, Source, Logistics, Forwarders for despatch of Orders

- Co-oridnate with Sales Team regarding Forecasts and demand planning

- Handle and Resolve Customer Complaints or escalate the same to the concerned team as per Business process / policy. Proper Tracking of Complaints

- Verification of Shipping documents & Banking documents to ensure correctness and accuracy.

- Local Price Conversion

- MIS reports on Sales and Collections

Education Qualification & Years of Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Commerce or Science, Additional knowledge in SAP or any other ERP preferred )

- Knowledge of SAP SD module or any other ERP system

- 5-7 years of work experience in International Sales Order Processing

- Good Commercial Acumen knowledge (Intl. Trade , Credit and Banking Terms, Customs & Tax )

- Good Computer Skills (Expertise in Work , Excel &Powerpoint)

- Needs to be a Good Team Player who can work with a diverse group of people

- Good Communication Skills , English (both Written &Oral), knowledge of Foreign language ie. Mandarin, Japanese or Korean would be an advantage
