Team Leader - Sales/Key Account Management - Dotcom Industry (4-8 yrs)
As a Team leader you will be responsible to Acquire and Handle team of AM AND KAM at Bangalore. TL includes sales but also includes planning and managing the full relationship between a business and its most important customers.
- Generate sales from a portfolio of accounts and reach the assigned sales target.
- Acquisition, Retention and renewal of Key accounts.
- Relationship Management
- Team handling.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt service delivery for his customers
- Should be able to assist appropriate product solutions for the customers
- Thorough business planning
- Sales forecasting
- To have a thorough knowledge on competition activates & strategies and provide regular updates to the management
