Team Leader - Risk Compliance & Information Security (5-8 yrs)
Team Leader - Risk Compliance and Information Security
1. Manage risk and vulnerability assessments, validation testing, compliance reviews, and audits in accordance with ISO Standards
2. Support organization's SOC2 and global ISO audits
3. Maintain organization's information security as per ISO 27001 standards.
4. Support organization's Business Continuity Plan (BCP), Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP)
5. Manage oversight of incidents and/or security breaches
6. Ensure vendor risk management (VRM) is followed thoroughly to assess and ensure vendor compliance is maintained
7. Conduct security awareness training to VGS employees on a quarterly basis
8. Periodic review of user access on an organizational level
9. Other duties as assigned
- Excellent knowledge of ISO 27001 framework including risk assessment and risk treatment plan (RA-RTP)
- Good understanding of market structures, including relevant regulatory compliance requirements (ISO27001, SOC2 , NIST, HIPAA, CCPA, GDPR, etc.)
- Certifications such as ISO 27001 LI, ISO 27001 LA or ISO 27001 IA is desired
