Team Leader - Reporting & Analytics

The Reporting & Analytics Team Leader will be responsible for team's overall answer and final materials, client communication, work planning, and team management.

REQUIREMENTS :

- First class undergraduate from leading and reputed colleges with 10-12 years of relevant work experience; post-graduate from a top-tier institute/university with strong academic records would be an advantage.

- Experience managing a team of at least 4-6 people in a knowledge/research based service delivery domain.

- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word required along with proficiency in data analytics software such as Alteryx, Tableau etc.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, to understand business needs and design optimal solutions.

- Ability to prioritise projects, manage multiple competing priorities and drive projects to completion under tight deadlines.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong leadership skills and ability to assume leadership role with cross-functional peers.
