- To head the Team Leader Private Banking business and teams ensuring delivery of business results from teams of Senior Advisors and Investment Advisors.

- Responsible for including HNI customers into the Preferred and offering them a superior customer experience to enhance the profitability of the relationship ..

- Reporting to the West & East head

- Ensuring Sales and Advisory Process in driving business to achieve stated objectives is being done in the team

- Cover weekly RM / Sr. RM reviews.

- 100% adherence to measurable processes

- Deviation of RM's / Sr. RM's

- Level of complaints

- Ensure targets given at absolute level are met and ensure on a relative basis the team performance is the Best

- Measured by no. of people above objectives

- Measured by AUM growth and revenue

- Measured by new client sign-ons and across divisions and quality of sign-ons

- Activities for Team Building

- Graduation/Post-Graduation : Marketing/Finance/ CA
