Responsibilities - Lead a team of 10-12 strong operations managers to provide a top-notch experience to customers/teachers - Deep performance management of the team to achieve Six Sigma output - Coordinate with tech, curriculum and cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues - Drive targets through incentive, performance management of the team and strong analytics - Improve the efficiency of the system by suggesting and executing new solutions Eligibility - Graduate/PG with 3+ years of experience in Operations / Process Excellence / Process Improvement - Experience of handling a team of minimum 5 members - Very high in detail orientation, strong analytical skills and handling high volume projects - Strong on performance, people management and target-focused Company WhiteHat Jr has developed their own original coding curriculum, which is centered on product creation, and imparts their lessons via 1:1 live, interactive online classes.
