Team Leader/Operation Manager - Business Banking/Working Capital

- To process the Disbursement of Business Banking Working Capital Limit / Mortgage / Agri / Inventory Funding limits.

- To review the Disbursement process and be responsible for ensuring the curing of exceptions basis health check reports received.

- To review and respond/address items related to Process/Internal Audit report/ SOX Audit.

- To be involved in UAT testing for any new enhancement in the system Handling of Projects

- To interact with Branch Ops/Business/Credit/stakeholders for the smooth operation of disbursements.

- To be effective in communication and understanding of the products/processes and their dynamics, where disbursement is concerned.

- Candidates with a Credit background would be preferred
