We have few very urgent position in one of the best and established MNC RESEARCH:-

POSITION - Team Leader - Marketing & sales effectiveness

LOCATION - Mumbai / Bangalore ( 2 positions ; 1 each )

Offered Ctc - 14 lac to 17 lac p.a. all inclusive of 10% variables. [ depending upon experience & profile fitment ].

Job Specification ( INDICATIVE ) :-

1. Handling Marketing and Insights

- Identifying new opportunities using research and managing the innovation funnel from ideation to launch stage

- Providing regular recommendations to the editors of the prestigious titles around consumer sentiment, trends and industry changes

- Deriving strategies and marketing plans for brands with stated business objectives

2. Campaign and Marketing's contribution to the revenue. 

Tracking - Marketing's sourced and influence pipeline org wide. 

- Lead Scoring, Tracking, Nurturing and Reporting 

- Inbound lead management to analyse the qualified leads through online form submission and analysis on the Inbound lead follow up for best conversion rate. 

- Analysis on website traffic & conversions, identify important funnel, generate actionable insights and provide recommendations to improving performance metrics 

3. Working on Marketing Effectiveness, Market Intelligence

Working on Adhoc Research with experience into Brand Health Track, Segmentations, Ad Evaluation, Usage and Attitude, Marketing Effectiveness, Ad rating, Consumer Insights, Market intelligence and other studies.

Worked across multiple industries like E commerce, FMGC, Telecom, Automotive and Others

Experience :

Role of a team leader - 8 yrs + of work exp approx . Mimimum 3-4 yrs in MR rest on the client side. Should have exposure to Business/ commercial side.

Responsible for team management/ client servicing and managing the account.

A combination o Adhoc and POS research or either of them will work well.

NOTE : Mix of CLIENT SIDE + MARKET RESEARCH AGENCY exposure MANDATORY. Only Candidates not having exposure in working for a client organization into Market research / Insights etc ., pls excuse for this role .

MA in Psychology or Sociology OR MBA ( Marketing / Operations / Research ) ....MOST PREFERRED. POST GRADUATION mandatory.
